Office Manager

(similar to Operation Manager)

(Similar to Operation Manager). Will be in charge of day-by-day business and operation of the main office. Other duties will be purchasing and small level sales. Will be in charge of the administrative part of the business, from small daily routine operations to working with the outsourcing accountants, utilities, logistics for the company owned franchise, vendors, etc. This is full time employee position
Franchise Manager

In charge of promotion, publicity, marketing, contact with the franchisees and day-day operation of the 4 franchises we are proposing for introduction for the USA + CANADA market. Mean time a position is newly created, the franchise manager will be in charge of the new markets and new project. Time will be spent on presenting the business to the potential clients, demonstrations, legal matters, financial specs, installation, and coordination between computer equipment, accessories vendors, installations, phone/DSL internet provider and all integration necessary for the franchise to function properly. This is full time employee position
IT Technical Service

In charge of installation of the franchises and computers/Internet. PROFESSIONAL 2-5 YEARS ECPERIENCE IN  WINDOWS XP Prof., LAN, network set-up/ wifi networks, POS, general hardware/software. This person(s) will actually install the franchise, DTCS CYBERSHOPS and routinely take charge of the maintenance. As well will be in charge of RMA/warranty aspect of procuring computers and systems used for USA operation and Export. The technical service will provide assistance for in store computer repairs and for the leasing parts of the business, for the computer and systems leases/rented to the customers. This is full time employee position

Cybershops Operators

Will operate the company-owned franchises, where they will be installed. These persons will be in charge in opening, operating, maintaining and closing the CYBERSHOPS on the day-bay-day basis, en reporting to the franchise supervisor. For each mall CYBERSHOPS 2-3 persons will be needed for covering 360 work hours (12 hours a day, mall time table). This is full time employee position.

Outsourcings installations

These persons, independent contractors, will be paid on the hourly base $10-15/hour, for the transportation, shipping, handling and installation of the CYBERSHOPS.
